Founderly Vintage and Resale Shop: Pasadena, California: Los Angeles Family and Lifestyle Photography

While I capturing images of people on the streets of Pasadena, a cute boutique’s window caught my attention. When I walked inside, I found two of the nicest women in Pasadena who work in this store. One woman, Jo, was the owner who has spent 10 years dreaming of and preparing for the start of this business. I am so excited for her as it seems that all of her years of dreaming of The Founderly vintage and resale shop have paid off…

It is a STUNNING store with its high vaulted ceilings, perfect windows, decorative frames, and bright white walls that highlight the colorful vintage clothes that my grandmothers and great grandmothers wore. I felt such a connection to my grandmothers as I tried on unique dresses and blouses. Being in this store brought out my “girly” side, and I spent over an hour shopping and talking to these lovely ladies. I discovered that this cute boutique vintage and resale shop just opened two weeks ago. There is a big part of me that wants to keep it a secret so I can enjoy all the lovely things that this store has to offer, but it is just too good, cute and affordable NOT to share with all of you. If you enjoy the environmentally and economically friendly idea of buying re-used clothing but want to enjoy clothes that are uniquely vintage and remarkably feminine, head on over to the “Founderly” Vintage and Resale Shop on Green St. between El Molino and Madison. You will find the employees to be very knowledgeable on each clothing item and helpful in their suggestions of fashion. Although I wish my feet fit into a size 7 shoe as their are some REALLY cute vintage shoes and hats that came straight out of the movies.
